Standard Home Inspection $450
The Standard Home Inspection provides you with an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house from the roof to the foundation. The price starts at $450 for a home up to 2,000 square feet and increases $50 for every additional 1,000 square feet. Without a Doubt Home Inspections strictly adheres to the Washington State Standards of Practice and InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, which includes inspecting the following structures, systems, and components:

A new industry tool, this inspection is designed to help you determine if a house is worthy of an offer. With this inspection, we conduct a simple walkthrough to identify any problems and provide a verbal assessment of the property.
Pre-Listing Inspections

Before you put your home on the market, this inspection allows you to detect possible defects in particular structures and components that might be found in a buyer’s inspection and address it before it compromises the sale. If you use my Real Estate Services, get this inspection at the discounted price of $300.
New Construction Inspections

Many things can go wrong during new construction that could go undetected for years. This inspection takes place before your final walk-through with your builder so that any problem areas can be addressed before you move in.
Home Warranty Inspections
